They were a British rock band that originally formed as Joe Cocker's backing group, and appeared with Cocker during the 1960s, including at the Woodstock. Their name originated from an interview Cocker had read with Jimmy Smith, who had approvingly described another performer as having "a lot of grease", with "grease" referring to soull.

LINEUP: Dylan – vocal, piano; Hudson – organ; Manuel – tambourine, backing vocal; Danko – bass, backing vocal; Robertson – drums (before Helm arrived in Woodstock). / Critic Greil Marcus identifies the tune as that of the ancient children's ditty "Froggy Went A-Courtin'" and quotes Danko's description of the recording: "It all felt natural, we didn't rehearse. One or two takes from conception, on paper, to the finish. We all knew it would never happen twice."

Greek Garage band - formed in 1994 in Thessalonski, Greece/ MORE useless details - MEMBERS: Alex Klimentopoulos (Drums), Manolis Chatzidakis (Bass) , Chris Kiriazis (Vocals) and Kostas Kapetanakis (Guitar). They met in a garage party at bar "Berlin" in Thessaloniki, started talking for hours about garage music, movies and stuff and finaly they decided to join their forces and form a band.
