Mood: I saw a pigeon ride the Orange Line
It came on with a crowd of people during rush hour at Sullivan Station and then the doors closed. Everyone was nervous, including myself, that it would start flying around the train. It casually walked from one end of the car to the other. Some people took a picture with their phones. The pigeon rode three stops and then got off the train at Malden Station. A few of the riders exchanged smiles, as if to say, “woah, that was pretty crazy, huh?” without having to exchange words. I hope it made it home okay, but pigeons are supposed to be good at navigation & that sort of stuff and honestly, it didn’t seem like a first-time commuter. Anyway, here is a playlist of mostly punk rock songs.
